We assess every case honestly before taking payment, and most of the guarantee language elsewhere on this site describes what happens once we do take a case. That does not mean every URL qualifies. Where we cannot help, or where the content is a legitimate court or government record, we say so at the assessment stage rather than take the job anyway.
