Mugshot-extortion and pay-to-remove sites
A whole category of sites exists purely to republish booking photos scraped from public arrest logs, rank them in Google, and then sell you a removal for a fee. Some of these sites are affiliated with each other, so paying one does not stop your photo from sitting on three more the same week. Charging for removal like that is the extortion model, and it is exactly the kind of page we target.
We also look at plain arrest-listing sites that keep old bookings indexed long after the case closed, even when they do not charge for removal directly. If the listing is outdated and serves no current public purpose, it is a candidate.
What the assessment covers
Send us the links to whatever is showing up when someone searches your name. We check each one against what a search engine will actually act on and tell you plainly which pages qualify and which do not. That check is free, and you pay nothing until we confirm we can get a page out of search.
Once you approve the work we de-index the qualifying pages from Google, Bing, and Yandex. The page can still sit at its own address; the difference is that the search that used to surface it comes back clean.
Arrest and court records
We do not de-index legitimate court or government records, and we will not help you hide something you are legally required to disclose, for example in a background check for a license or a job that asks directly. That is a hard line, not a sales pitch.
Where we can help with a record is narrower: cases backed by an actual sealing or expungement order, arrest listings for charges that were dropped or resulted in an acquittal, and bookings republished by a site whose business model is charging a fee to take them down.
