Frequently asked questions
Everything people ask before sending us a link, answered without the sales pitch.

Is this legal?
We only work on content about you, your business, or material you are authorized to deal with. We do not touch third-party content that has nothing to do with you, and we do not bury accurate reporting on matters of public interest or honest criticism of a business. This page is general information and not legal advice. If your situation needs a lawyer, for example a defamation claim or an expungement, talk to one.
Does the page get deleted?
No, and anyone promising that is overselling. The page can still exist at its own address. What changes is that it stops appearing in Google, Bing, and Yandex, which is how people actually find it. If someone does not have the direct link, they will not come across it.
What does it cost?
From $2,999 per URL. The final number depends on the source, and mirrored content across many URLs is quoted with volume pricing after we look at it. The assessment itself is free, and you only pay once we confirm we can do the job.
How long does it take?
We start on your assessment within one business day. The honest answer on timing is that it depends on the source, and we will tell you what to expect for your specific case rather than quote you an average.
What if it comes back?
If a URL we de-indexed returns to search within 30 days, we handle it again at no extra charge. We check rather than wait for you to notice.
What if you cannot do it?
Then we say so at the assessment stage and you pay nothing. If we take the job on and still cannot get the URL out of search, you get a full refund.
Why is pricing per URL?
Each URL is its own piece of work: a different source, a different level of difficulty, sometimes a different site entirely. Pricing per URL means you pay for what we actually do, not a flat package that overcharges an easy link or undercharges a hard one.
What decides the price for a URL?
Mostly the source: how the page is hosted, how strongly it is indexed, and how much work it takes to keep it out of search reliably. A forum post and a news article are not the same job. We give you the number for your specific link after we look at it, not before.
What if the same content sits on several sites?
Mirrored or syndicated content across multiple URLs gets quoted as a batch once we have looked at all of it, not priced as separate full jobs. Volume brings the per-URL cost down rather than multiplying it.
When do I actually pay?
After the free assessment, once we tell you we can do the job and give you a firm price. You pay nothing to find out whether we can help.
What if it does not work out?
If we take the job and cannot get the URL out of search, you get a full refund. If a URL we de-indexed reappears in search within 30 days, we handle it again at no extra charge.
