Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and who sees it. Written to match what this site actually does, not a template.

What we collect

When you use the inquiry form, we collect your name, your email address, the URLs you want out of search, and anything else you write in the details field. If you write to roman@seobro.com instead, we collect whatever your email itself contains. We do not ask for payment details until after we have assessed your case and you have agreed to proceed.

Where it goes

Your inquiry goes only to Roman Sydorenko, delivered through a messaging provider. There is no team inbox, no sales floor, and no shared CRM reading your details. It may also be logged in our own case-tracking system, so nothing about your inquiry gets lost between the first message and the last. That system is ours. Nobody outside De-Index reads it.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share or rent them to third parties for marketing. We use only the processors named below to deliver your inquiry and run this site, never for any other purpose. The only exception is if we are required to disclose information by law, for example in response to a valid court order.

Who handles your inquiry

A small number of outside providers are involved in getting your inquiry to Roman Sydorenko and keeping this site running. Each has one narrow job:

  • A messaging provider (Telegram) delivers your inquiry to Roman Sydorenko's private chat, so it reaches him directly instead of sitting in a shared inbox.
  • A hosting provider (Netlify) runs this site and the inquiry form, and processes the submission to deliver it.
  • An analytics provider (Google Analytics) sees anonymized visit data, and only once you have consented, as described below.

None of them get your details for anything beyond that one job.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to see which pages help visitors find us. It does not use advertising cookies, and IP addresses are anonymized.

Analytics runs on Google's Consent Mode v2. If you have already told us your preference, on this visit or a previous one, that choice is stored in your browser and applied on every page, everywhere, with no exceptions. If you have not yet made a choice: outside the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, analytics runs by default until you say no; inside the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, it stays off by default until you say yes. Either way, the cookie banner at the bottom of the page is how you set or change that choice. Clicking Reject also deletes any analytics cookies already sitting in your browser, not just future ones.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to assess or handle your case, plus a reasonable period afterward in case the URL needs the 30-day check described in our guarantee. We do not keep it indefinitely for no reason.

Deletion requests

Write to roman@seobro.com and ask us to delete your inquiry. We will confirm once it is done. For analytics, clicking Reject in the cookie banner clears the cookies already on your device, and Google publishes its own opt-out tools if you want to remove Analytics from your browser entirely.
