How a case works

You send the URL or URLs you want out of search. We assess them free of charge and tell you honestly whether we can help. You are not charged for the assessment, and you owe nothing unless we confirm we can take the case and you agree to proceed.

Payment and the guarantee

Payment is due once you agree to move forward on a confirmed case, before the work starts. If we take the case and the URL is not de-indexed, you get a full refund. Once a URL is successfully de-indexed, the work is done and that part of the fee is not refundable. If a URL we de-indexed reappears in search within 30 days, we handle it again at no extra charge; re-handling within that window is the sole remedy for reappearance, not a refund.

What we act on

We only act on content connected to you, your business, or another party you are authorized to represent. We do not act on third-party content that has nothing to do with you, and we do not remove a legitimate court or government record, or help you hide a disclosure you are legally required to make. Where a URL does not qualify, we say so at the assessment stage rather than take payment and attempt it anyway.

What stays the same

De-indexing means the URL stops appearing in Google, Bing, and Yandex search results. The source page itself is not something we remove, delete, or control, and it can remain live at its own address.
