Right to be forgotten service
The legal right to be forgotten exists in the EU and the UK, where you can ask Google to delist pages about you. Everywhere else there is no such law, but the practical result is the same either way: we get the page out of Google and Bing so that searching your name no longer turns it up.
What the right to be forgotten actually is
Under EU and UK data protection law you can ask a search engine to remove results about you that are inadequate, irrelevant, or no longer relevant. Google reviews the request and weighs it against the public interest, and it often says no. If you live in the United States, Australia, or most other places, the law simply does not give you that right at all.
This is where a lot of services get vague. We would rather be blunt: we are not going to tell an American client that they have a right they do not have. What we will tell you is that the outcome you actually want, which is people not finding the thing when they look you up, does not depend on that law.
What we do instead
We de-index the page. It stops appearing in Google, Bing, and Yandex, so the search that would have surfaced it comes back clean. The page can still sit at its own address, and we are not going to pretend otherwise, but nobody arrives at it without the direct link.

Do I have a right to be forgotten in the United States?
No. The right to be forgotten comes from EU and UK data protection law, and there is no general US equivalent. That does not change what we can do for you, because de-indexing a page from Google and Bing does not depend on that law.
Is this the same as asking Google to delist the page?
A delisting request is one route that exists for EU and UK residents, and Google decides whether to grant it. What we offer is the outcome rather than the paperwork: the URL stops appearing in search. If your case is a good fit for a formal request as well, we will say so.
Will the page be deleted?
